Design Discovery
Good projects start with clear inputs. Our discovery stage establishes solid foundations, structured planning, defined brief, and a partnership approach, so design work can move quickly and confidently from day one.
Concept Design
We blend creativity and engineering to generate concepts that are desirable, innovative, and buildable, without expensive rework later in the programme. Rapid concept generation gets you to useful feedback quickly.
Feasibility Studies
Before committing to full development, we assess technical and commercial viability, outline drawings, BOM, supplier identification, cost capture, and risk, giving you confidence to invest in the right direction.
Design & Development
From prototype to volume-ready design, we take concepts through to fully engineered, manufacturable products. Phase 1 establishes proof of concept; Phase 2 optimises for assembly, tolerance, and production efficiency.
Manufacturing Data
High-quality 3D CAD (STEP & IGES) and fully detailed 2D drawings, complete and ready for suppliers. Prototype data or full volume-manufacturing data with materials, finishes, tolerances, and critical dimensions specified.
Verification, Testing & Validation
We verify designs are reliable, safe, and fit for purpose, through physical prototype testing, usability studies, and where required, collaboration with external test houses for regulatory compliance.
Product Industrialisation & DFM
Design for Manufacture is built into every stage, not added at the end. We apply DFM thinking across low, medium, and high-volume production, minimising tooling cost, part count, and time to launch.
