Engineering you can rely on
Quality in engineering design is not a certificate on a wall. It is the discipline of checking the work, understanding the constraints and issuing data that a manufacturer can build from without guesswork.
Our approach
Every project begins with a clear brief, agreed constraints and defined deliverables. Designs are reviewed against those constraints before any manufacturing data is released.
Design review
Concepts are assessed for manufacturability, material suitability, part count, tolerance stack-up and assembly. Issues are raised early, when changes are cheap.
Manufacturing data
Drawings, models and specifications are checked for completeness and consistency before issue. Revisions are controlled and clearly identified so everyone builds to the same version.
Continuous improvement
Feedback from manufacture and in-service use is fed back into future designs. Where a standard, code or client procedure applies, we design to it and record how it has been met.
If you have specific quality requirements or supplier approval processes, tell us early and we will work to them.
